White Park

scottish cowThe WhitePark is the most ancient of cattle native to the British Isles.

It provides a large carcase which is lean with low levels of back fat.

Its well marbled beef is of high quality and was the original “Sir Loin”

  

Highland Cattle

This distinctive cattle originates in the North West of Scotland, and is still reared outdoors all year round on hill ground.

The extensive farming methods produce an excellent modern beef carcase which is lean and well rounded, yet ensures tenderness.

It produces healthy and nutritious beef with low levels of fat and cholesterol yet with good flavour.

 

Dexter

The Dexter is a minority breed unpoplular in modern intensive commercial farming as it is the smallest of British Breed of cattle standing 92cm – 107cm  at the shoulder.

The breed is early maturing and provides beef of excellent quality and flavour, with good marbling.

They can finish on grass at 20 – 24 months without supplementary feeds
